I totally agree.
However, I knew as soon as I saw his neck snap forward that he was going to end up in the hospital, or at least A hospital somewhere. Concussions can be no joke and while his bell may be rung and he may have the flu, MRIs and CTs are going to reveal the reality of the injury. If he has a Grade II or III concussion, he's going to be out a while. He may feel just fine and \"ready to go\" but the injury last much longer than the symptoms can appear.
Meyer got everything he deserved Saturday night for being a cocky, greedy, arrogant coach and keeping his 1st team in when they were up 31-7. Most had the flu and Tebow had a 102 fever. Give me a break. At 31-7, that game is pretty much over. Take out those guys and quit trying to run the score up to stroke your own ego. Florida got damn lucky (there's a shocker) in having their bye this coming week. If they didn't have a bye, guaranteed loss. Even if Tebow is back in two weeks (I'd say doubtful at this point), Florida has problems: Big problems. Things aren't going to quite be the same for Mr. Tebow from now on; concussions can do that.
