As per ESPN.com - the game will be televised on ESPN and ESPN 360 @ 7:45pm EST.

Printmaker, you're thinking of the Arkansas game this Saturday. The Arizona State game will in fact be on ESPNU at 7 pm next Saturday night.

Check our ESPN 360. They sometimes show it there. Not the best, but better than nothing.
Last year, I watched a game on 360 and connected my laptop to the widescreen. Wasn't HD, but it was OK.
