Bingo, wlayton.
I've always said I have no problem if we play a game, leave EVERYTHING on the table, and come out on the losing end. I just don't think ANY of our losses since 2007 (MAYBE the exception being the SC game that year) have we put forth our 100% best effort, be it coaching, no fire, lack of execution, whatever.
