Hitler's Reaction to Tebow's return

Hitler's only powerless if you make fun of him. And anyone who's afraid of Tim Tebow deserves making fun of, so I guess in that way it's a little funny.

Gator, I'm still not scared of Tebow. He's only beaten us once as a starter. He didn't do anything against us in the 2006 game. We DO know how to shut him down, and you know that. You also know that 16 injuries to starters = noncompetitive Georgia team. The idea that, of all the teams in the SEC, Georgia is afraid of Tim Tebow is laughable. So thanks for the laugh.

But seriously, Hitler?

Hitler?

The video was funny and I think it makes fun of the Tebow craze as much as anything. It probably was not even created by a Florida fan. Uh, never saw a reference that SEC teams were scared of Florida so don't know where that came from. That being said, everyone already knows that UGA is scared of Florida. There is no other way to explain the many losses, especially in 2002 & 2003 when UGA was a way better team than the Gators and still lost. Panic sets in. You can just see it develop.
As for '06, I think Tebow played about 5 plays vs. UGA. And if we are talking about UGA's injuries last year, then we absolutly must bring up the equal number of injuries to the Florida squad in 2007. We played almost ALL underclassmen. We at least kept it close with our 2nd and 3rd stringers.

That's fair, Gator. Does that mean Florida was afraid of Georgia for the '60s, '70s and '80s, when we beat you senseless for nearly thirty straight years? It probably does. I have no problem admitting that Georgia gets psyched out by Florida, but I think Richt is changing that. Since the 2004 win, the better team has won each of the four games played. The only exception, I believe, is that 2005 game when D.J. Shockley was out with the sprained MCL. Georgia was a much better team with a much worse quarterback that day. But I think you'd admit that in 2006 and 2008, Florida was better than Georgia, while in 2004 and 2007, Georgia was better than Florida. I think we're on a much more even keel now than when good Georgia teams were losing to mediocre Florida teams six or seven years ago...

I agree with everything you just said except, no, Florida was not scared of UGA in the 60's, 70's and 80's. UGA was clearly better than UF back then.

That video is funny. It gave me a chuckle. Definately dont think anybody is \"scared\" of TT. He is a great player, theres no doubt. But our 2 National Championships, I chalk up to great defenses. We held a great Oklahoma offense to 14 points and well we all know what happened to Ohio State. But it WAS defense that brought those home. Tebow is a leader on the team, but there defense is what ultimately wins big games. So no one in the country is scared of him. Its the same situation in the 60's 70's and 80's as it is now. UGA psyched UF out. The 90's and now, UGA has lined up some very good football teams, very equal to Floridas talent and still lost, back then Florida had teams that were capable of beating UGA and lost, because they didnt expect to win. CMR is changing that at UGA, and UF had better not get comfortable. UGA will be humming on both sides of the ball come Halloween, and Florida may become complacent by then. Hopefully UM will not let that happen.
