UGA v. OSU prediction thread

Once again making predictions is a kiss of death, but I can give you one prediction.. OSU WILL NOT SCORE 49 points.. hear me again WILL NOT score 49 points... I want to see a great game and get out of Stalewater with a WIN.. nuff said!

Just thinking about this game gives me butterflies. I believe other than Colorado, our boys have always came out kickin butt and taking names in season openers(let's not forget who bailed us out in that one). This by far will be our toughest test in an opener in a long time.

I think WM has something to prove along with our D after last year. My only prediction is that the Pokes don't break 20 on the scoreboard. Bold prediction I know, but I have one of those feelings!

Let's not forget however, that we do in fact play Defense in the SEC unlike the Big 12.

As long as we score one more point than them I will be ecstatic!

49 points isn't that hard, especially if the so called mighty SEC defense gets exposed early.

Last year, Oklahoma State allowed 365 points, while Georgia allowed 331.
Last year, Oklahoma State allowed 5272 yards of total offense by opponents. Georgia allowed 4056.
OSU allowed 3480 passing yards. Georgia allowed 2466.
OSU had 3149 yards of passing offense. Georgia had 3610.

Where in those stats is the SEC defense (or Georgia's passing game) exposed? Where is the Robinson-to-Bryant combo more dominant than Georgia's receivers? Explain it to me; I'm desperate to know.
