I also feel REAL good about this season and every better about the next 2!! A few of my friends who are not Dawg fans have asked about how we were gonna be without our \"Stars\" of last year. And I have told them that I think we will be even better due to the simple fact of not having all the pressure of a preseason #1 ranking and having all our injured players back. Also I truely believe that last year may have been a blessing in disguise, because it showed some of the younger players that just because your ranked #1 going into the season dont mean that teams are gonna roll over for you. All it does is put a bulls eye on your back. Plus with all the injuries we had alot of guys step up and learn new positions which is only gonna help out in the long haul of this team. Im looking forward to an excellant 2009 season!!

Im just worried that we do go into OK ST and beat the hell out of them and after the first game of the season we are no longer off of the radar lol.

Well, jrocksmith, that'd be better than going into OK State, beating the hell out of them and then losing to SCarolina like we did in 2007.

I'll \"retweet\" the title of another thread on here: focus, focus, FOCUS! That's the key. I really believe that if we FOCUS on the goal at hand this year, we will win and win and win...and win.
