Good read palmettodawg. Especially like Richt mentioning those players that maybe get \"overlooked\". It is easy to get caught up in the hype of recruiting, of which I am totally guilty, and maybe expect too much from others with \"star\" ratings.

Again understand \"Coach\" taking the heat for the defensive play last season, however, don't accept that all the way. I am much like dapolla on wanting to see the effect Coach Jancek has on the defensive side of the ball. There were problems there that did not have to do with injuries. Sorry, that is how I feel at this point.

I agree with you, Buc. It wasn't all injury, and the D has been a problem since Willie took over for BVG. I think Jancek will bring an attack-dawg mentality to the defense that Willie lacks. He can bark at the officials all he wants, but if his players don't produce, then I'm not going to support him. CMR could sense the change in the wind, and knew he had to do something, even if he wasn't willing to fire or demote his best friend.

At any rate, I'm excited. Just bought a new house, and bought a new Georgia flag to go on that house. I ain't shy. Besides, there's a Hokies flag flying next door and an FSU flag two doors down from a Florida flag on the next street over.

What I mean to say is that it's March, and I'm excited about football season again. I didn't think that'd be possible after losing to Tech in November, but I'm tooth-gnashingly excited. GO DAWGS!!!

Sometimes body mannerisms tell a huge story. Judge for yourself. Seems a little nervous with the rocking back and forth. One thing that really bothered me in these interviews was the problems of last year being laid on the players. There were two or three times that lack of coaching was mentioned . . . .however, looks to me that WM is feeling the pressure. That is a good thing, maybe we will see some of the improvement he talks about in the interviews. Go Dawgs!
