Dexter Moody

Anyone know why we let this kid go today? I have heard we were watching his grades and he wasn't living up to expectations. Which sounds funny because if it were grades wouldn't we send him to Hargraves? Hope one of you have more info because i hate to see anyone on Defense leave.

golferdawg, WOW . . . . was looking forward to Dexter wearing the Red and Black. Like you, don't think that grades would be the issue for release. It will all come out in the wash.

Georgia rescinds scholarship

Dex Moody
ECI star... Dex Moody... has lost his scholarship to the University of Georgia.

Moody... a wide receiver and linebacker... had been one of the first to committ to the Bulldogs a year ago... along with teammate Washaun Ealey.

Coach Milan Turner told the Athens Banner-Herald that Georgia had given him a plan to finish up school and turner said he just didn't think Moody was following it.

The 6-2, 205-pound moody projected to be a future linebacker for the bulldogs.

Well that settles that. Kids these days, do they think they cna just get by on sports. I guess we will be seeing him at the end of October every year! Gayturds were his 2nd choice anyway. I'm sure Urban can get him in school.What a shame!
