Has UGA ever held number one rankings in two major sports in essentially the same year? Football team started out as Numero uno and now the Diamond Dawgs claim the top spot in the nation!
We have another solid chance at taking a governor's cup with the success being had!
Well, to be fair, college baseball ain't a major sport.
But I like being number one. Here's where we're number one right now:
Baseball
Men's Golf
Women's Gymnastics
Not too bad. Men's Tennis is I believe #4, and Women's Tennis is #2. Earlier this year, our Equestrian Dawgs were #1 until being upset by SCarolina (a power in their own right in the sport) last week. They're #2 now, and they'll get back to number one, you bet on that. It's especially likely after we just defeated perennial power Auburn. GO DAWGS!!!
