I thought NE put the franchise tag on Cassel?

That just means KC will have to give up that #3 pick is all. You can still trade a Franchise Player. You don't know what your getting with Sancheese or MS and Cassel had a great year. NE has to get rid of him while he is a hot target! NE would go after Curry at the 3 spot and then pick up Bennie Wells with the 23 pick. Just a thought
