Well, like my Winthrop Eagles, they started slow, but our Lady Dawgs are starting to rev it up mid-season. Last night our Underdawgs beat the 17th-ranked Vanderbilt women's team 66-55, with three Dawgs (Porsha Phillips, Ashley Houts and Angel Robinson) in double-digits. This makes us 15-6 against Vandy in Athens all-time, and it's the first SEC contest Vandy has lost this season!

This is when we want to get hot, folks! We need to be at full speed by the time the SEC tourney gets here! GO DAWGS!!!

Thanks to Porsha Phillips' jumper from the paint with :24 seconds left, Georgia went into Tuscaloosa and defeated the Lady Tide 63-61. GO DAWGS!!!

Sounds like our girls are starting to come around, dapolla. I kind of had a feeling that they would. Now I wish the guys would do the same.
