This is from the bowl's website, fcsports.com:

You can view Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium Seating Charts here. For the 2009 Capital One Bowl, the Big Ten is the home team and sits on the WEST side of the stadium. The SEC is the away team and sits on the EAST side.
