Looks like Cheezit is going after Searels. I'm confused a little here. Cheezit wants him to be the OL coach? I thought he would at least be offered the OC job? Can't fault a guy for wanting to coach at his old school. I guess we see soon.

This would b a big loss for UGA. Searels has done a wonderful job with the youth and injuries our line has had to deal with. God willing, he'll be coaching a line loaded full of talent and experience next year. Stay here and bigger opportunities are on the horizon for Searels. Great job!

Going from an OL coach to an OC WOULD be a big step!! Then the next step would be a HCing job. If Searels is offered the OC job he will probably take it if he aspires to be a HC one day (plus he went to school there I think). Just the next important step in the progression. You're just not likely going to see a school hire an OL coach as a HC if he hasn't been a coordinator before.
