I think on the GA side of the ball, we are going to be having some fun. I don't want to say this really, because I don't want any outside distractions, but a friend in Athens who teaches Blair Walsh, Richard Samuel, etc., said that the reason the aforementioned \"red-out\" was not used in the Florida game, was because we caught wind that Florida was wearing the white pants. That's all I'm going to say about that. But I think along with a ton of preparation this week in all phases of the team, come saturday, CMR is going to be preaching to \"have fun\".
I now personally think that this game is going to come down to each individual Dawg playing 110%. Tech wants this game badly. Probably more riding on it for them than for us. Paul Johnson was hired for one reason. To BEAT THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS. --- This is our seniors' moment. To have another class that can say that they never lost to Tech. And to say that with their hard work and dedication, kept their coach, who has been more than just that for them, undefeated against our in-state rival. Our Dawgs will be able to proclaim that they matched the longest streak held by Tech over the Dawgs of 8-0, and to come off of a regular season plagued by injuries on a high note. --- That we are that which cannot be shaken by what our critics say, and though we did not meet some lofty expectations by people who think they know what it is like to face adversity like ours, we still have high-class character athletes who through it all, know what it is to be a DAWG and to fight until there is no one left to fight.
Not enough can be said about this 2008 Georgia Bulldog football team, people. Through falters and failures and things uncontrollable, these Dawgs can FIGHT. They have proved it. There will be an exclamation point put on this season through saturday's whooping on the NATS. GOOOOOOO DAWGS!!!!! SIC 'EM!!!!!!!!
