SacFalcFan is correct, 1985, 24-3 I believe was the final score. Two freshman Worley and Henderson each had approx 80 yard runs for TD's that set the tone for the day.
1985 was correct. However, the win against AU was the highest ranked team we ever beaten while unranked AND on a non-neutral field, according to the AJC in Sunday's paper. It was also our biggest margin of victory over a top 5 team....again, according to the AJC, since 1942, when we beat #2 ranked Tech 34-0.
