Tech better than us?

Mark Bradley of the AJC thinks Tech is having a better season than us.

Sentiments like this should be all the motivation we need to win out and finish strong.

I can see it now. We will beat Tech, but they will win the ACC championship and go to the Orange Bowl. If they win the Orange Bowl everyone will be talking about how Tech is back and how they accomplished more than us this season with their conference title and BCS bowl victory and we'll have to spend the entire offseason pointing out how the emperor has no clothes. They will go 11-3 or 10-4 from an inferior conference, lose to us, but everyone will be like OMG! TEH BCS!!!! CONFERENCE TITLE!!!

Naaaa....remember, they will have lost to us and I can't imagine them WINNING the Orange Bowl either.

Tech is not a great football team. They run an offense thats hard to plan for and defend. The triple option works against defenses that aren't disciplined enough to stay at home on the out side. will they win their confrence probably. will they win a BCS bowl game NO! will they play us hard and bring the game down to the wire YES! The ACC is a very weak but balanced league this year. There is not a top 10 team in the conference. How many ranked teams period are in the confrence 2? Anyway, one year of watching that offense on tape and the DC in the country will eat it up next year. i'm ready for Saturday and see what we are going to bring to the table since everyone say's our season is over?????

Who has Tech lost to?

Tech has lost to Virginia Tech and Virginia. Tech may lose to North Carolina this Saturday, since they have to go to Chapel Hill, where the Tarheels have only lost once this year, also to Virginia Tech.

Georgia Tech has looked good this year, make no mistake. And that game is always frightening because of the nature of the rivalry. But listen: Tech isn't as good as they were in 2006. That team should have mopped the floor with us, and didn't. We, however, are better than we were in 2006.

I have no doubt that at some point in his career, Mark Richt will lose to Georgia Tech. It will not be this year, as long as we prepare for it in the right way. The ACC makes Tech look like a competent team. But who have they played outside of that terrible conference? Jacksonville State and Gardner-Webb. Against the latter, they barely escaped, winning 10-7. Listen, we will run the table this year, and Tech WILL NOT win the Coastal Division. I predict that UNC beats them in Chapel Hill, which puts Virginia on top of the Division.

Hell, even if they DO win the ACC this year, we will have beaten them. That makes US ACC champions. So go Dawgs!

Mark Bradley states: That Tech began the season ranked 80th by Sports Illustrated and is now No. 20 in the BCS standings, as opposed to starting No. 1 in the polls and slipping to No. 13 in the BCS.

UH, think I would rather have a chance at being King of the Hill, then no chance at all.

Point granted, the number 1 and number 4 teams in the BCS. Where are tech opps ranked?

Mark Bradley states: That entered the season with a new coach, a new offense, a new quarterback and a new feature back, as opposed to changing almost nothing.

This one really gets me. Where has Bradley been? Drinking the Bugs Kool-aid?
Look at how may offensive linemen we have played. Look at our TE situation. Our D line has had injuries as well. Changing nothing? Give me a break.

Hey CMR show this guy what men are made of and run up the score. hang 50 on the bugs.... no dont do that, that goes against every post i have ever made. show some class and down it on fourth and inches when we are up by 20 or so. This reporter is a complete moron. Our schedule at the beginning of the season was ranked number 1 and everyone new UGA would have a tough time hanging on to an undefeated season. now we all didnt expect to be white washed in our two loses but we did. i hate tech about as much as Auburn and Flordia! I'm proud of Tech moving up the ranks but they haven't played anyone. We go undefeated with that schedule and we don't play for the NC because of the strength. Anyway beat Kentucky first and the Auburn and Squash the bugs.
