I have always thought of NCAA voting to be like boxing. It does not matter who you loose to, it only matters who you beat (assuming like records). Also, if at the end of the year two teams finish with only one loss and that one loss was to each other (i.e. Florida and Florida State in 1996), then the team that won last is ranked higher. Just like in boxing.
That being said, you have to look at who the top five has beaten and not who they have lost to (assuming they have a loss).
So TT should be No. 1 in my opinion.
Then Alabama.
MAYBE Penn State but only because they are undefeated.
Texas
Florida has blown out No. 5 LSU and No. 5 (BCS) Georgia. If not for the 1 loss, we'd be No. 1 (or a close No. 2)
