I haven't posted on here in a long time. I still read all of ya'll's posts everyday and I admire everyone's same addiction to UGA football. It seems that every year around this time I get really nervous. I don't know if it's because I know UF's coming up or if it's the fact that they seem to get better every single year. They get deeper, faster, and hungrier. We all know that last year's celebration will play a key role in this year's game. I'm really nervous about this year's game with all the speed UF has on offense. Our defense looked pathetic \"tackling\" Scott from LSU last week. I suggest WM get our 'Dawgs to bear down and hit 'em in the mouth on the opening drive. No celebration needed.
I think our offense has hit its' stride these past few weeks, with KnoMo getting his yardage, MS showing off his cannon, Green looking like a young Randy Moss, and our O-line actually making a block or two along the way. I think if we keep our intensity on both sides of the ball up, and our penalties on both sides of the ball down then we could go toe-to-toe with any team in the country, week in and week out (including UF). Just like everyone else, I hate the Gators with a passion but you have to respect them. They're dangerous and I'd give anything to beat them this weekend. With so much riding on this weekend's game not only in the SEC race, but also the NC race and maybe even KnoMo's Heisman campaign (who knows?)I know I'm even more nervous this week as I've been since last year's UF game, but I don't have that same \"UF doesn't stand a chance\" vibe I had last year. I'm a 'Dawg fan through and through and I'm confident in them this week, it's just a scary feeling.
My prediction is UGA 34 - UF 28
KnoMo catching a screen pass on 3rd and short and taking it 40 yards for the score late in the 4th and Reshad sealing the victory with a pick.
