If my superstitions lead to the same results we should be seeing a 40+ point score for the good guys.
Hey, those superstitions turned out to be voodoo gold down in the Bayou! Anything you got that worked last year and in '04 against UF?
My superstitions:
1) Always wear a Georgia t-shirt on Friday, wear a Georgia jersey on gameday.
2) Always have a cigar the morning of the game.
3) Always listen to my Larry Munson \"Glory to Ole Georgia\" playlist either on Friday (on the way to a home game) or the morning of an away game, usually while enjoying my cigar outside my house.
4) When I'm at home during away games, I only drink from cups, glasses and mugs that are University of Georgia items until the game ends.
5) Red or black socks. Georgia shoes. Georgia watch.
6) I rotate my Georgia hats. I wear the same hat all week; that's the gameday hat. Carolina Panthers hat goes on my head for exactly one day, then on Monday I move on to the next Georgia hat. Hats are worn in the reverse order in which I bought them.
7) I do not wear, use or eat anything yellow the week of the Tech game.
8) I avoid spaghetti squash on the day of the Florida game.
9) I never wear a rivalry shirt (UGA vs. UF, UGA vs. GT, etc) on the day of that rivalry. HORRIBLE luck. Did it in 1998 against Tech and in 2005 AND 2006 against Florida. Bad mistake.
10) I refuse to take phone calls at halftime.
I know, I'm psychotic. But I'm pretty sure that many of you have the same types of personal rituals you go through. Go Dawgs, is the bottom line, am I right?
