Toss Sweep Left

Just wondering about the toss sweep left play.

Towards the end of the game, we ran it over, and over, and over, and over. Then we ran it again.

I know we were ahead, but I was just wondering if I was the only one who noticed how many times we ran it. It was mainly towards the end of the game, didn't matter if Moreno or King were in, a toss sweep left was called. Sometimes 4-5 times in a row. It seemed to keep working though.

When I watched the replay the other day, I got a chuckle out of what our first rushing play was. You guessed it, toss sweep left.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes I did BUT we definitely couldn't run up the middle and found success outside. Keep running it until they stop you. Our OL hasn't proven we can run straight at them yet.

The last drive of the Tennessee game was the only time this year we were able to push it a little inside. I hope that bodes well for tomorrow's game.

I noticed it, but I was paying more attention to the wide reciever screens we were doing. That seemed to work pretty well.

Noticed that we were going outside as well. Only problem I have is that we kept getting in the redzone but aren't putting the ball in the endzone. I know we settle for FGs a good amount of the time but the score of the tenn game should have been 42-14.

Plain and simple for 2011...WIN
