I don't think Az-State will be anywhere NEAR as motivated as SC. I also don't think their linebackers will be as fast and athletic. I think Knowshon goes for about a buck fifty which opens up the passing lanes...

Our offense should move the ball at will, big stats and will score at least 30+.
we better get a pass rush guys.

If we don't get a pass rush vs them then we will never get a pass rush.

Agreed......don't believe they will have one of THE stronger OL's we'll face.

Lack of a pass rush could equal shoot out which we really do not want. Especially in that heat, long return trip home and turning right around to head to home and prep for the Tide.

I cannot really disagree w/RxDawgboy or averagedawg's comments (especially w/a big ol' wlayton BINGO
) since they are logically drawn, BUT, I'm honestly afraid that ASU is actually a very good team that had a bad case of \"looking ahead\". In fact, somewhere I read that the ASU fans were chanting \"WE WANT THE DAWGS\" during the UNLV game...OOOOOPS, they should of been chanting \"BEAT THE REBELS\" instead. Trust me, the ASU fans, coaches, and players have been looking forward to this chance to showcase THEIR talents against the mighty Bulldogs from the SEC. THEY WILL BE EXTREMELY FIRED UP AND READY TO SHOCK THE DAWGS!
Either way, since I'm making the LONG trip to Tempe for this one, I really, really, really, want to see the Dawgs play their \"A\" game and totally annihilate the Devils. Wishful thinking aside, my realistic side is expecting a shootout. After all, like most Pac 10 teams, ASU is more known for their high-powered offense than a grind it out defense. Should be a much more exciting game to watch than the SC game if you're a fan of seeing the scoreboard light up.
Myself, I'm just very anxious for Saturday to get here already!
