Interesting numbers. This is the way that I came up with my prediction . . .
From the beginning of the thread, started by DawgSpeare, down to golferdawg, I added all of the UGA/USC numbers and then divided them by 17 participants at this point.
UGA 30.7 average
USC 13.3 average
Rounded off I will go with UGA 31. USC 14.
