Concerns

As a normal, conservative American, I consider myself relatively happy and content.
However, come Georgia Football Season, I am a bundle of nerves.
My concerns about the South Carolina game:
1. They always play us tough, tougher than it should be. Often times the better team loses.
2. They are angry about two losses in a row to Vandy. What better way to make it up than two in a row over the top ranked team in the SEC.
3. Spurrier. Not the same old Spurrier, but he hates Georgia as much as we hate him.
4. Defense. They were humiliated last week against Vandy and they do have some talent. My prayer is that our defense kicks it up a notch against a not very good offensive team.

Having said that, I could not be happier with the way Matthew Stafford and Knowshon Moreno have sparked our Dawgs. Our defense is coming around but NO letdowns after a big play.

South Carlina can be a trap game for the Dawgs. Need to be very careful in Columbia.

Here are my concerns based off our previous 2 games:

1. Center to Qb transfer needs to be worked on, 2 fumbled snaps are two too many

2. Our passing D needs work. Something needs to light a fire under them. The secondary and pass rush both looked uninspired. We will NOT beat LSU performing as we have in this respect.

I still think willie and CMR are holding back though which why Im not too disturbed...still, a defense with the mentality of a snarling rabid junk yard dawg is always good. Rennie curran looks like he's leading by example in this roll as he was ALL OVER the field on saturday.

well since i to am a bundle of nerves during football season lets try to focus on the positives instead of negatives:

1- its an earlier game than normal. so hopefully the crowd will not be as into it as the normal LATE game. ya know...a FULL day of tailgating gets ya jacked!!!

2-usc's d is good, but our o is GREAT. with stafford playing at his game and km to take a lot of the load i think we will be fine. dont forget about our impressive FRESHMAN out there trying to make a name for themselves.

3- our d will be fine. usc's o is ok (and thats streching it) they haven't showed they can put points on anyone yet. with smelly taking the snaps as a freshman look for him to make a lot of stupid mistakes (remember ms as a freshman?)!!! dont forget, last to week's they may have put some points on the board, but its hard for d to pitch a shutout when their on the field for 90% of the game. we have to kill some clock

4- REVENGE!!! we will be pumped. USC will NOT ruin our chances this year. our boys will not let them do it. if need be im sure km and stafford will make sure of that!!!

5-Blair Walsh- need i say more. even though he hasnt had to kick the pressure game winning kick.

6- spurrier = scared of UGA this season. guarente his nerves are going nuts. worse than ours are.

Check your concerns at the door, fellas. This ain't gonna be your typical UGA/SC game. Our offense is clicking much better than it has early on the past couple of years, and their offense won't have anything for our \"D\".
GaBoi beat me to the punch, as I was going to predict a 3 TD margin of victory as well.

As much as I was happy to see Vandy beat the Cocks, we aint Vandy. SC's offense was anemic and our offense is going to light them up...seriously.
