Headed to tuscaloosa

Well im headed to tuscaloosa this weekend unfortunately, my wife is a bama fan and we live here in huntsville. So i figured it would be a good chance to check out this tough bama team before we meet up in a few weeks. Did anyone else watch the bama clemson game? Although they did look much improved from last year, did anyone else think they were just a tad bit lucky? They got the win but if clemson would have had just a mediocre night i think they would have trampled all over the poor elephants. But we still have to watch these guys, with some star talent and if jp actually steps up and becomes a qb this could very well go their way. I was there last year for the bama georgia game in tuscaloosa, and let me tell you they gave this game all they had for us, especially jp which was surprising to see. I thought we won it with the missed field goal at the end, but we came back in o.t. with a flag route pass to henderson from stafford for the win (hendersons first career touchdown i might add). How good it felt you could imagine. So for this year as long as stafford doesnt throw 2 int's and jp doesnt have 2 rushing td's we got this bring it boys!!! Hey bama only won one more game than they lost with wilson as a starter, this is our year lets do it big.

Roll Tide. I want them undefeated when they come to Athens, thinking that what they excrete don't stink. The last time they did that we beat their stinking brains in. It was GORGEOUS. Let's end their season again, Dawgs!

My brother's a Bama grad and a Bama nut, same DNA, different teams. He thinks Bama is better but doesn't put much stock in the Clemson game.
Clemson didn't come to play, is poorly coached and had that deer in the headlight look the entire game.
But the Tide are better, have a lot of young players and say what you will about Saban, the guy can recruit. Alabama has won more NCs than any other SEC school, not even close, and I think they are a force to reckon with.
Personally and from what I hear from my brother, who lives in Athens and knows many UGA athletic people and Searels, this helps us because it hurts Auburn, who we play every year. Alabama will only get better, which is good for the SEC and college football.

P.S. Saban would have loved to have Searels, but Coach Searels loves working for CMR and being an Auburn grad, don't think he has crimson blood. It's amazing, the incest between Georgia and Auburn.
Also, after the game Tommy Bowden called Saban and Coach Richt asking for advice, an ok guy, a lousy coach.
