Ever notice how, when talking about the toughness of our schedule, people speak with fear and awe as though we're playing all those teams at the same time???? Gah. We can beat any of those teams, and since we're playing them one at a time, it's time to concentrate on the week ahead.

Central Florida

at Auburn
Georgia
at Vanderbilt
South Carolina
Western Carolina
at Florida State

Look familiar? They're playing EVERY TEAM WE'RE PLAYING THIS YEAR. Even their opening two games have similar names to ours: SOUTHERN Miss, Georgia SOUTHERN? CENTRAL Florida, CENTRAL Michigan? The only difference is that we play Arizona State instead of Western Carolina, admittedly much tougher. But seriously, folks, didn't the 2006 Gators win the national title?

Mizzou isn't going to beat Oklahoma for the Big 12 championship. They had a better shot at it last year. They outplayed OU in Norman during the regular season and lost, and got their tails whipped in the Big 12 championship game. OU got into their heads. Mizzou will get an at-large bid and it will be Georgia and OU in the BCS championship game. As much as it would irk me OU having that much success, the Dawgs whipping them would bring me that much more joy.
