Well, when you have a program like he does, where half of your team gets arrested before EACH AND EVERY SEASON, you need something to take the heat off of you. It's hard to believe that Fulmer has never been punished for an obvious loss of control of his program, but there you are. Something about UT makes the NCAA go \"Oh, that's nice. That's my spot right there. I don't care if you're dirty, you make me feel so good!\" I'm surprised Tennessee hired Bruce Pearl and not Jim Harrick, they're so dirty.
