I do believe the coaches have the Tennessee game circled on the calendar. We should have beat them the last two years.

ill except the loss from last year. we got a beating and we got it bad. i do not except the one from the '06 or '05. we had them in those games!!!

wlayton, this morning (Sunday) woke up and what did I find on the Sun Network. . .DAWGS vs. GATORS. Watched the entire game again. This time I could look at different things going on versus watching the game live last year. I watched a young offensive line come into its own, it was remarkable the way they were handling the defensive fronts that the Gators were throwing at them. Knowshon was really, really good, and after watching the game again, Knowshon made several stops when the defense was on the field to look the offensive line up. Class. In my opinion, Urban Meyer had a lot to do with the downfall of the gators. He tried to jack them up after UGA went into the end zone, then shortly thereafter was in the faces of the gator players for reacting as people do when they have been challenged. I have read and heard many stories about how good Urban Meyer is, but I still say he won a national championship with a since departed coach's football team. Seems that coach has Illinois on the rebound. Bob Steele, the gator announcer was ripping Coach Richt and the Dawgs for their display in the end zone, but passed on his chances to make any mention of the antics that Urban was showing toward the referees or his PLAYERS. You jack them up, then jump down their throats for something that you are responsible for. He has his players now, will be interesting to see how well he does over the next few years, for sure the SEC is not going to get any weaker, only stronger in my opinion. I agree with you, Buc. Welcome to the SEC, Meyer. It doesn't get any easier and you are only as good as you are today. Hopefully it won't be long before the Florida wrath turns on Meyer. As much as I hate Spurrier and Fulmer, I also hate Urban Meyer. I think eventually he bolts to an easier conference. His gimmicks are understood and he hangs his players out to dry. Look for Tebow to have a big target on his chest. We win the Cocktail Party this year. Go Dawgs!

averagedawg, along the same lines, I am hoping that we do some serious damage to UT. When we play that game, you will be on my mind for sure. Hope that you can pick up on the vibes I will be sending when we attempt to destroy another ORANGE team. As a kid, liked the color orange, as I matured, understand why so many folks detest the color. I agree with RX on his statement . . . . watch out for Spurrier and SC. That is going to be another \"nasty\" game, as if all SEC games aren't. If we beat gators, Vols and Cocks, that will be one heck of a year in my opinion. Ready for some football. Go Dawgs!

Buc...two things you can count on this year. UT and USC are going to get a serious WHUPPIN'. USC will come after two warm up games (although CM is pretty decent), so we WILL be big time ready to kick USC's butt and we have the week off before the UT game.....man o' man are they going to get a whippin'.

UF and Urban crier......gimmick offenses only last so long and good D's will eventually start shutting them down. Just stop Harvin and they are done. AND...as you know, great D's win championships and UF's defense is VERY suspect....VERY SUSPECT. My ONLY concern there is playing LSU and UF back to back because sometimes the BEST team doesn't win in that scenario.
