Congrats to UF

Tough game for us. Ky next week and its no easy one as they are playing well this year. We'll see if we can get it together. Too many turnovers again for us and hands of stone returned. Hope TC gets the start next week. OL was lousy the first half but fairly respectible in the second. Defense in the second half was getting better. I was impressed with TT, QM, and CJ, played a good game. Gotta move on and get after the KY KATS!

Agreed. As much as I hate to admit it props to the Gators for toughing it out and getting the win. I just wish it was us with the mark in the W column.

It actually turned into a pretty good game at the end. I sure didnt expect it to be that close. Im proud that we never gave up, and fought to the end, but we made too many mistakes. Congrats to Florida.

As far as I'm concerned, Milner can stay on the bench for the rest of the season. 4 drops is game changing (one was a tough catch). OR if he plays, if I'm MS, I wouldn't look his way ever. MS made some great throws under a lot of pressure (couple of other drops as well, besides Milner). Sure, he made a couple of mistakes but I don't know if there is anyone in the country with an arm like his. Believe he's going to be a great one. AGAIN, if we had recievers like UF or LSU etc, we may be 8-1 or even 9-0. Drops,drops,drops---amazing.

Agree that drops are killing us. I also believe we dont have enough speed at WR. Stafford can get it down the field but I dont think we have a WR with the jets to run under it. Plus they are having a hard time just getting open and I dont think I even need to talk about what happens when they are open and a pass does come their way.

I totally agree with you Getdown11. But, if there were 5-6 total drops, that means to me that they were open. Speed is an issue and only Henderson has it but also still has a questionable hamstring AND we seem to always only throw him 5-8 yard passes. Mark is trying to stretch the field by throwing downfield but geez, CATCH IT !! Also I thought we would come out with the 4 wide outs like last week and spread them out. We did in the 2nd half once we were down by 21 (although I do like the I-formation). Guess Mark felt we needed max protection for MS (their front 4 may be the best in the country). Hope we go 4 wide against UK next week, they have the worst pass defense in the league. Let MS light it up and get the recievers some confidence before AU (believe we have a good chance against AU).
