This just in.......It's official. Parker's charges have officially been downgraded from felony charges. He will stay and play. He will be on \"athletic probation\"....whatever the hell that means, have to live in an athletic dorm, and be \"closely supervised\" by coaches. Wow, what a punishment, huh? I think they can still play at FSU with any charge short of murder or rape.....and I'm not too sure they wouldn't still be playing while under investigation for rape.
