Yet another reason to rejoice...

The Vol's biggest win this year wasn't even against the future national champions. I suspect that this season's UT Vols men's basketball team is quite possibly the lamest crew to ever hold the #1 ranking at any point during the season.

Amen, I've already been hearing how if Memphis won, the Vols were the best team in the country because they were the only ones to beat the Tigers. That's what skewed logic these people have.

I just think it's funny that UNC choked two year in a row. Not to take anything away from Kansas, but UNC played like a High School team that first half.

I agree flyindawg, Choke City. It's almost like Roy Williams wanted Kansas to win, poor coaching.

I don't know how much UNC choked, Kansas is really, really good. IMHO, they are the deepest and most complete team in the country.

Growing up in Big 8 country I watched the Roy Williams coached Jayhawks for a long time and have nothing but respect for Roy. He is a great coach and nothing but a class act. In fact, from the great coach/class act standpoint he reminds me of our own HCMR. Now HCMR just needs a national championship ring like Roy's...

I picked Kansas to win it all in my bracket game. I also had Kansas in the pool that I played with my kids (it is the first time in the past 4 years my daughter, the Rx-ette, didn't win the pool).

I agree, Roy's a class act. I think his heart just wasn't in this game. He also reminds me of Coach Richt, both good men who honestly care about their kids.
