I'm totally with you 2 guys. Geez, I almost bid on the auction of a sideline pass during the G-Day game. The price will get a little too steep which brings me back down to reality. BUT, I'm like ya'll, can't wait to se ANY UGA FOOTBALL, even if some of the players played a flag football game!!

Yeah, wlayton, I've even tried playing as UGA on my son's college football video game--but I had to quit, becuase I'm no good and I hate to make UGA look bad. :laugh:

Guess I'll have to break out the old tapes to get me through 'til April.

I'm w/you guys, this offseason is killing me! When will opening day be here? Ahhh, but a peak of things to come is but 30 days away, so I'm w/wlayton treating G-day like a BCS bowl game.

FYI--I have found some solace to the offseason football blues by doing some posting on Nt'l web-sites (don't really want to promote them here but a big sports TV network site not named ESPN) and talking college football w/folks from all over the country. Especially Ohio St. & USC fans, both of whom I thoroughly despise now due to both their arrogance & their ignorance. Anyways, it's been fun telling them Yanks & Left Coasters how great the SEC is at football & watching them get fuming mad. I'm not sure this is a healthy habit but it's been entertaining & some of these non-SEC guys (especiallly the Big 12 fans) actually know a great deal about college football so it makes the discussions more thought provoking & provides an eye-opening counterview to the beliefs that most of us fans share down here in Dixie, God's country, SEC-land, etc. It really doesn't even matter that they're wrong & we're right 99% of the time Plus, it's the only time of the year I can actually agree w/a Gator or even a Vols fan & not feel like jumping out of my car in I-285 rush hour traffic.

BTW--I just recently remembered how this past year our 07' Dawgs had to replace 9 starters on defense, next year we only have to replace 2, Howard & Johnson, THE JUNKYARD DAWGS ARE BACK!!!

Hey Goose, what are some of those National college football websites....great way to pass some time guys, let's all go talk some SEC trash, especially to OSU. :laugh: :laugh:

sadlerdawg, I watch my son play some UGA against UF video games all the time....it's great, interesting and funny how we seem to always win.:woohoo: :woohoo:

Those Ohio State fans poke their heads up after a couple of months after being humiliated by the SEC ONCE AGAIN!
