This more or less goes along with an earlier thread about Harmon, coming, not coming. If Dwayne Allen feels that it is better for him to attend another school, then that is how it should be. If he is attracted to the recruiter more than the University as a whole, then something is surely missing here. I realize that these young football players sometimes become attached to the person that is recruiting them. Just a question . . . . if this tight end enters the UGA, then a year or so later the TE coach leaves . . . will that affect the way that he performs. Personally, I hope that coach does not leave, he has a solid record with Coach Richt and the University. But, if this is not a parallel move, but a step forward in the field of coaching, I would encourage him to take the job at West Virginia. McShea87, I too want all of the best football players and coaches to be with our University, but they are just like us, want the best that life has to offer. Good post, glad that you are concerned, as you seem to be in most of your posts. Go Dawgs!
