Your \"other\" team

It is pretty well known around here that I'm an Oklahoma State Cowboys fan in addition to being a Dawgs fan. Which got me to wondering, what is your \"other\" team? Do you have another team that you follow, and if so why?

There are other teams that I like to watch play and follow but I don't pull for any other team to win like you do for OSU. I ALWAYS pull for ANY team that is playing UF (except maybe in the bowl).

My only \"other\" team is in men's basketball and baseball, and that's Winthrop, since I teach there part-time. Last year I had a bit of a conflict of interest, since the Eagles visited Athens. But actually, it was perfect. Winthrop led Georgia through eight innings, then Georgia came back and won. That was the last time I pulled against Winthrop.

Nebraska.....any team that put such a whuppin on Spurrier like they did in the NC game in 1996 gets my vote. I also used to love watching them run the option. It was a thing of beauty to watch those plays develop....not like today's warped version of the option that WVU and Florida run.

I have no other team. There are teams I enjoy watching though, especially UNC basketball. They have the Georgia Football passion for basketball. Go Dawgs!
P.S. I hate Duke. Their fans are like Gator fans, no class.

Nebraska was THE beast in the mid-90's. They ran the I-flex to perfection. I agree, it was beautiful. I loved how their corn apes on the offensive line just dominated Florida in that MNC game.
