You know, work's been really slow for me lately & I've had some time to reflect on many things. Today, I found out where my Sugar Bowl seats are located & very ironically, they are in the same exact same section, 1 row up, from where I sat on 1/1/2003 when the Dawgs took the Seminoles behind the woodshed, Section 133, Row 24. Anyways, this discovery got me so pumped for the big game and being unable to stand the thought of waiting another 18 days I found myself looking back on this great forum (Really, Thank you so much Steve for all that you do) to review the roller coaster ride that was the 2007 regular season.
Folks, I'm not gonna bother to take the time to review this 07' season in my own words cause it's NOT over yet, but if you want to get an appreciation for how much our beloved Dawgs have grown & improved this year, just look back in time on this very forum at some of your own words. Upon review, I found that it's pretty obvious, that all of us, a tiny but vocal fraction of the greater DAWG NATION have passed our thoughts, our emotions, and our passion for UGA football through the fiber optics and onto one another's computer screens for all to see. I recommend reading select posts (you'll know & remember which ones were good) on the following pages of this forum:
Page 27: Start here w/a post titled \"Some Perspective\" by NC Dawg (The excitement we all had for another SEC season is very evident)
Page 25: The frustration of losing to the Gamecocks
Page 23: The elation of beating Bama
Pages 21-19: Very painful but important to remember; this was the LOW point of the season, the despair following the UT game & the disappointment following the Vandy game
Pages 16-14: The euphoria of beating Florida
Pages 11-9: The anticipation and fervor of the Blackout
Pages 8-1: Well, I'm sure these most recent weeks are still fresh in your minds, as they are in mine.
You know, over the course of the past 3 months we've all said a lot of things: some of it was funny, some of it was angry, some of it was sad, some of it was regrettable, some of it was spine-tingling, some of it was true, and some if it was just down right ridiculous (myself included)!
But of all the things that were said and felt through another WONDERFUL season of UGA football, I must ask YALL once again:
HOW PROUD ARE YOU OF THEM 2007 GEORGIA BULLDOGS?
