Tebow's deserving

Actually would also clear up my thinking just a little. Tim's a great kid and is just playing great ball and doing his thing like any other college player. My previous post appeared directed at him when it probably should have been directed at the media. It's the media that has gone out of their minds in love with the super hero. Tim certainly can't control that and I should have been a little clearer on that point. The media is pounding us EVERYDAY in the Jax area with Tim and it's driving me nuts.

In the morning I listen to the news brought to you Heisman winner Tim Tebow. I drive to work on interstate Heisman winner Tim Tebow and get off in St. Augustine, high school home of Heisman winner Tim Tebow.

BTW Gone2theDawgs, the word around Jax is that Tebow WILL stay all 4 years. It actually wouldn't surprise me if he did, he's the type to do that. Most people in the know believe it.

Tebow never said that he would stay four years but he did say that he would stay until he graduated.
From what I understand he is way ahead of schedule on getting his degree. So if he graduates in three years then he certainly has an out clause.
I think he does have a future in the NFL but maybe as a fullback.
I would expect him to be around 250 lbs. (and solid) in a couple of years. He maybe another Mike Alstot.
