Despite my cynicism...

...I will say this:

It is the duty and moral obligation of any voter who believes that the BCS is a fraudulent system in need of reform to vote for the Georgia Bulldogs to play the Ohio State University Buckeyes in the BCS National Championship game in New Orleans. If you are a coach or a member of the press with some say, and you want to see a playoff at the highest level of college football in this country, now would be the time to sow the seeds of discord by casting your ballot of the Georgia Bulldogs.

To not vote for us is to give the current system your tacit approval. If you do not just love the BCS the way it is, you have no choice but to vote for the Red and Black.

Coach Richt just called sportscenter and made his case. He basically said that we ARE one of the two best teams in the nation right now and that the two best teams in the nation should play. He also vouched for a change into a playoff of some sort.

The only bummer is if we go and win the NC, some will always say we were undeserving. If this changes the system, all for the best. I think right now, we play with anyone.

That wouldn't be a bummer to me, average. We certainly wouldn't be labeled as the first \"undeserving\" B(C)S champion.

If we won the NC, I wouldn't care WHAT anyone said, we would have the trophy. 20 years from now we are still in the record books. If anybody tried to make a comment about it, simply reply....National Champion baby !!
