I've concluded that if there is a god who intervenes in the affairs of college football, he is on the side of the Tennessee Volunteers, and I am not one to question it. Perhaps Tennessee's close victories against Vanderbilt and Kentucky were blessings in disguise. Perhaps LSU will come back with a vengeance in the SEC Championship game and, had Tennessee fallen, we would have been the objects of their wrath. Sometimes the best gifts are unanswered prayers.

alright my early prediction for a bowl for the dawgs is the orange bowl against the acc champ which will be the hokies IMO ... i just dont see how we get the sugar bowl as brad nessler and the geniuses with ABC would have you believe .. best thing they ever did was let munson call a run play for a two yard loss

Dont sweat it. an angry LSU will pound UT, and we get a Sugar Bowl invitation. Not exactly what we wanted, but I will take it...especially after what we all thought was gonna happen to us after the UT game. BTW, Lundquist said again during the FSU UF game that we beat Florida only because Teblow was hurt, and they are already crowning UF as the #1 preseason team with USC #2......still no respect.

im gonna try to make sense of all this...tebow has a hurt shoulder against UGA because of a beating he took the week before...he plays uga and gets sacked 6 times(more times than he had been sacked all year) and then miraculously heals for the next game against vanderbilt where they basically give him all the credit for the team win....
