If you are only talking about schools with Div. 1 football teams then Arizona State is the biggest. It has been for several years.
Ohio State is right up there though.

I just realized that you said \"on one campus\" and I'm pretty sure that ASU is spread out all over southern Arizona so Ohio State is probably correct.
