Pimento Cheese for 8
1.  36 oz. Shredded Sharp or Pepper Jack Cheese
2.  1 1/2 Cups Crème Cheese
3.   8 Tbsp Dukes Mayonaise
4.    2 1/4 Cups Pimento
5.    5  Pinches Kosher Salt
6.    Course Ground Pepper to Taste( I 
        like mine really Peppery )
