Amazing to watch what talent can do when coached well, play mistake free and more importantly were READY to play. AU game shows just how much talent resides in Athens.

Want to play alot of players tomorrow but they had better not think CS is just going to lay down. They aren't horrible and if we play "down" our 1's will be playing in through the 3rd quarter.

Start quick, score alot, get off the field and let the bench play.

Have fun this weekend everyone and GO VOLS.

(oh, yd1, our game too early but cool one for ya during the UT/Mizz game)

You did NOT just say "Go Vols" . . . oh yes, you did . . . I forgive you, under the circumstances. ;)

yankeedawg1, you said, and it brought this memory back to me. Mike Bobo was the quarterback in 1996. First overtime game.

Look at the body language of CMB in the booth and how its changes

With the TO

We line up to go for it with TG out NC in-- flashbacks to USC

Heads on TV notice we have an unbalanced line right

Anyone remember if we ran an unbalanced line any time this season prior to this play? I can’t

History shows- we run right with NC and score - Assburn is down 7

Great video to watch, but to make it easier, go to the 11:45 time slot on the video.

Check the offensive line out. Mike Bobo reached way back and called a play from his past, strong right, also against Auburn.

Like many, I have been watching the "Committee" and the way they are placing teams in the top four. The last weekend is going to be just what the media had hoped for, lots of folks screaming others grinning like a mule eating briars.

Appears to me that Disney and others are going to make sure that Ohio State will find their way in. Thought about that a bit, and come away with this.

urban "liar" Meyer's team is #4 and they will play #1. That is one game that this old fart would pay the price to see. meyer vs Saban, wow! Saban is one of the reasons, if not the main reason that urban "liar" meyer burned rubber getting out of the SEC. Alabama would kick the absolute you know what out of Ohio State. Once and for all, "they" would understand that the SEC is head and shoulders above whatever that conference is that they represent.

Speaking for myself, would much rather see Ohio State in at #4 rather than one of the others, that does not mean or include Mississippi State. The Carpet Baggers want to chirp about the Buckeyes, same as the Notre Dame group did when they faced off with Alabama.

Sometimes the SEC has to take those like urban "liar" meyer behind the "woodshed".

Not crazy about seeing two SEC teams facing off against each other. Those outside the SEC would love to see it end up that way if . . . . Ohio State does not make the final four.

Richt is warning all of us that we have a good football team coming to Athens this weekend. They probably are, but our head coach does not need to "preach" to us, just find a way to get "his" players "up" for a lesser opponent. It is not on us Mark Richt, that is another of your responsibilities.

Damn impressive Buc, recalling 18 years hell I am lucky to remember 18 minutes ago

Some feel that I tote CMB water and can't see anything he does wrong not true

A short time ago he had to move ahead or move aside. His offense has jumped up in points

Scored....fate would have given us a better outcome if the defense had improved to the same

Level... we're It is heading now...with your video clip it tends to make me think it was

CMB selling the call to our HC...which speaks to CMR learning to listen...yes that was a

Smirk on the HC's face when NC dragged half the Assburn DL into the endzone

Do not, have not thought you carry Mike Bobo's water.

When I look back at the "way it was then" and the "way it is now" have made comments before that anyone that watched us play several years back need not look at the latest film. The above is just one of the "little things" that film study over the years has proven to be true. Will put some more "stuff" up at some point in time.

Main point for me is it proves just how much "talent" we have now and had then. What the young players get from the offensive coaching staff, is basically the way they played when in uniform. Mike Bobo played a lot in college, Mark Richt did not. That is not a shot, it is simply the truth.

Believe that most of us know and have come to accept the fact that Ramsey will be the quarterback next season. I have no problem with the young pup being the offensive leader. I would suggest this . . . . Ramsey is going to have "loads of talent" on his side of the ball, here is hoping that he takes leadership as seriously as AM did.

Not one to play the "wait until next year game". Seen too much of that from the dreamers. (Nothing wrong with that, that is where many are) I believe that Malcolm Mitchell will return and there are a couple of young men that will make UGA a hard team to prepare for.

Will say this . . . . Nick Chubb, Sony Michel, Isaiah McKenzie and others that have proven themselves in their freshmen year, the road test for those young pups is over, now they are a "huge part" of the "assembly line of talent" in Athens.

Have had some "chatter" from some outside this board that say I have been too "ugly" on occasion with Mark Richt. I say to them and anyone else. With the returning talent along with the incoming talent, we stall again, folks ain't seen nothing yet, I will say some things that I have not said thus far.

Can't win SEC Championships with a solid punting game. That has been the road map for every successfully coached SEC Football Team since I can remember, and that goes back a ways.

One more thingy . . . . Time has come to put one name as the coaching head of Special Teams. That is not saying "others" cannot be a big part of the Special Teams. Good things happen when there is "recognized leadership".

Looking forward to ogredawg's game day thread, should generate a lot of serious conversation on this board.

Thanks again Todd Gurley . . . . Keith Marshall, get well, come back and line up in the slot, or if totally rehabbed, makes our backfield just that much stronger.
