Yesterday morning...

Yesterday morning... was created by RxCowboy
Spent Friday night in Atlanta so that I could pick my daughter up and head to Athens Saturday morning. Saturday morning I woke up with \"Glory, Glory...\" in my head. It was there while I was eating breakfast, it was there while I was driving to Athens. I couldn't shake it. I even found myself singing it and humming it a couple of times.

Then, when the Redcoats started playing it... I knew the Bulldogs were going to win...

Awesome game, and great time Saturday!

Just don't start humming Old Kentucky Home.....if you do, change your plans and go watch the Akron Zips.

RxCowboy, really thought OSU was going to win yesterday. If I was a betting man, would have wagered that way. That is a good football team, some times for whatever reason, things don't come together. A little like UGA earlier in the year. Glad you and your daughter had a good time in Athens. Question : Rate the Dawgs now that we are deep into the season, just for fun. . . . meaning 1 to 10.

RxDawgboy, I too was pulling (and watching) for OSU but I remember what you said before the beginning of the year and it's true. OSU's defense just isn't very good. If their defense was good they would be very hard to beat, they blew the Texas game and have just struggled all year with their D. Maybe they will shore up the D next year. Hope so.

I was also rooting for OSU. What's with all the empty seats for that game? Reminded me of Vanderbilt, speaking of which, Go Dores beat the Vols.

The seats in and around the west end zone aren't open yet, that section is still under construction. Boone Pickens Stadium will be completed and the Grand Re-opening is scheduled for Sept. 2009. The Georgia Bulldogs will be the opponent.
