ESPN College Gameday

Am I reading this right,or does it say ESPN Gameday will be at Williamstown,MA for the game between Amherst College and Williams College???? Why not come to Athens for the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry??

Why didnt they show the game last week on natl TV instead of the battle of the loser indpendents Notre Lame and navy.Please give me a break.

LOVED seeing Navy beat ND but somebody should have picked up our game instead of all the dead ones that were on.

I loved seeing Navy win too, they announced Kentucky game will be at 12:30 on the LFS channel...UGA and UK will most likely both be ranked then too...just makes no sense...t.v is treating Georgia like they are unranked....LFS looks horrible on tv, even in HD the picture is fuzzy.

I agree mcshea, just like last year when the UGA/AU game got the kiss of death, it's hard to believe a game between us, possibly 8-2 and playing for the SEC east title and UK, possibly 7-3 and top 20, will be the 12:30 game. TV execs make no sense.

Because we're the CBS 3:30 game, and ESPN = ABC. No way they'd go to the same game as a major competitor like that.

Georgia-Kentucky being the 12:30 on Lincoln Financial is just as stupid as Georgia-Ole Miss being untelevised this year. I know that there are other major rivalry games going on that weekend, but come on. We will both be ranked, Kentucky has the chance to beat us two years in a row for the first time in history. The only time they've even beaten us two MEETINGS in a row was in 1949 and 1956 (we didn't play them in between those years). That's a story. Then, of course, there's the revenge factor for losing to them last year for the first time in ten years. Plus, it's an SEC East showdown in a division where almost anybody can go to the game if the cards fall right. Plus, we should both be ranked at that point. Jeez Louise.
