Well it seems those who wanted Stockton to replace Beck have received their wish.

Early indications are that Beck has a UCL injury and will probably be out of the CFB playoffs (currently awaiting a 2nd opinion).

Stockton helped guide UGA to their overtime win in the SECCG, but we all saw the limitations in the passing game.

Be prepared for those same limitations and mistakes in the Sugar Bowl, and also be prepared for a much more limited playbook. 

For what it's worth; Freshman WR Nitro Tuggle is entering the portal.

Having the portal open while teams are still playing is about the dumbest freaking idiotic thing ever.

I don't care what Tuggle does here, but something has to change.

You’re right about the timing of opening the portal Wart, it’s absolute lunacy and isn’t great planning for those trying to maintain continuity on their teams.  What concerns me as much as anything else right now is the condition of our Punter Thorson, he will be hard to replace.  Not worried about Gunner

I can't say I'm not worried at all about Gunner... not from ability, but experience counts.

You’re right about the experience and I know that it’s been pointed out many times on this site that we have squandered opportunity’s over and over to get Gunner some playing time, no crying over spilled milk now, we have to play with the hand we get dealt.  I believe we’ll be ok, just got to step up and play the game.   If there was ever a time for mental toughness to win it’s now!

I remember a few years ago we had a smaller QB with a ton of desire and moxie with questions about his throwing ability. That young man showed desire was more important than pure talent.
