Lots to be done, especially with his hires. While some have coached together, new leader, Kirby Smart not Nick Saban. There will be some changes by Smart, also using what he learned under Nick Saban.

Now the organizational process begins in Athens. Kirby Smart also watched that process in Tuscaloosa and it was successful.

.... and just imagine - had we not been asleep at the wheel and offered him before it became an obvious after-thought, we could have had Deshaun Watson.
