Monday Thoughts - The Danger with Expectations

Everywhere I go Buc, there is excitement about Kirby and our program.
I have not heard one disappointment over Richt leaving.
I am certain the players feel it too.

Have said more than once that I am keeping my eyes on those that have their fingers on the combination to the vault.

As if South Carolina offering their head coaching job to Kirby Smart had nothing to do with McGarity making an offer to Kirby to bring him "home".

Once upon a time 42 or so grand was a lot of money, in today's world not too much to "many".

If those outside of the "loop" had not asked . . . . wonder if the numbers would have surfaced . . . . ever.

Once Kirby Smart has the train back on the tracks in the Classic City, Greg McGarity will reap the benefits that folks like you knew way the heck before his hire in 2010, averagedawg.

Richt had 15 Kirby at least 5 seasons or years.

As I watch the Sun Bowl between Wash St. and Miami, something just occurred to me.

If almost every season a specific bowl game is featuring a team whose coach has been fired, you begin to wonder if maybe we have a few too many bowl games.
