As YD said in another thread "Sadly today is the 20th anniversary of Lewis Grizzard's passing could not believe it has been 20 years gone by in a wink."
Brother Lewis gave me a lot of laughs and new perspectives. :laugh: 20 years. Wow. :ohmy: Has anyone got any favorite Lewis stuff or kind words to post?
For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

Lewis would be having a Duck if he could see what is going on with the Dawgs, and I have a feeling that that rag we been talking about would be catching holy hell. One of my favorite books by Lewis was "Don't bend over in the potato patch grandma those potatoes got eyes too". Man he was a riot, a good singer and songwriter too. Nobody loved the Dawgs more.

Got it Growl, He would be howling about the current Dawgs. I wish I could think up a Lewisism that would apply to the current Dawgs.
