People become more vocal after a loss. Especially after a loss that comes in a season with expectations of a national title. Include me in there as well.
Think we are all tired of seeing this defense taking the field and well not playing defense. The loss amplifies our frustrations, makes us more vocal on that side of the field.
Also I expect if we lose another game this season the ole fire richt thing will spread like wildfire.
Personally not ready to throw in the towel for the season yet, lots of football left to be played. Can't say the same for TG...

We are full of congratulations when we win and we fight among ourselves when we loose.

I expect to win.
When we do that, I say great job and then move on to the next task.
When we don't... well, the board room is always more lively when the monthly numbers look bad.

That's the thing. It all comes down to expectations.
Every year after summer we hear from the media, the town, and fellow UGA fans that this will be the year. Top in recruiting this, amazing statistics that. Prices for tickets become unobtainium. The expectations after that are set real high, so when a loss occurs, it's the end of the world.
It's like walking into a fine, expensive restaurant. You expect a lot and when given mediocre food and service, you are displeased and want to rant. Now, walk into a Waffle House where your expectations aren't as high as that 50 dollar steak and scarf down a decent meal and you will look at the situation in a very positive light.
That's my problem with this whole situation. The expectations are set too high and many people reinforce that. The media and ranking system even takes pity on us for our awful strength and conditioning and running plays that have a higher likelihood of getting players injured. At this point, I feel like we are the Ohio State of the SEC. High expectations, random unexpected losses that plague the team, and the leg up from the media has us UGA fans drinking too much after a loss.
So yes, it is all about expectations. And yes, I am a part of the negative posting crowd. At this point though, it's hard for me to reward the same people who still lack fixing the problems I have discussed over the years now. We are talking basic things that shouldn't take a decade to fix. These same problems tend to go away and then come back when we least expect them. Once again, it's based on expectations.
