We beat LSU. Not looking for anything other than . . . . WE BEAT LSU, #6 RATED TEAM IN THE RANKINGS.

Does anyone out there think that AM should be replaced by Mettenberger or Hutson Mason?

Some of you have been vocal, what say you now . . . . I do know that duck and others have never liked AM. Think duck and others have said that AM was not capable of beating a top 10 or 20 team. Don't hide, I have you recorded if you are on this board.

I like this football team. Some say that LSU does not have a defense, who am I to argue that . . . . let's move on and give those that have no faith something to talk about. Might not be a National Championship Team, but they will beat you if you are not up to the game that is looking you in the eye.

Who on this board thought or predicted a Georgia win? With certainty?

Want to pick one part on the game and discuss that, ok. But, if you choose to do that, be prepared to go through the entire game, and be damn sure you know what you are about to discuss. Got brassies, lets go.

Great win Bulldogs! Folks in Louisiana are not happy.

Keep building that depth in Athens, good things come from that.

Have to ask this question . . . . do you folks really understand building DEPTH? I have gone through many posts from many posters on this board, and seldom do I hear DEPTH mentioned. Just asking.

Buc - there is NO WAY you are going to convince me we won this game. No way. I read the posts in the gameday thread - you can't fool me.

Awesome win. Very proud of our DAWGS showed a lot of heart and a never say die attitude. Let's savor this win but come Monday this team will not be breaking down the success, they will be focusing on the mistakes so we will become a better team. Loved the game had to use the D- fib machine a couple of times though. I do love this board and appreciate all.

BTW, Buc - let me imitate some of the posters here:

We technically have only lost to a top 10 team this year. Clemson was the only top 10 team we played. How could I say that? Because South Carolina isn't in the top 10 ANYMORE. LSU won't be. Therefore, we haven't beaten a top 10 team this year. And last year, Florida wound up falling out of the top 10 after the Sugar Bowl. So technically, we haven't beaten a top 10 team YET. Maybe NEVER under Richt.

UGA sucks. Simple. And now this LSU debacle.

Shame on you, Mark Richt. Shame on you. I call on you to resign, as always, but ESPECIALLY after this LSU travesty!!!

Glad I jumped to this thread first before muddling through the game day thread. Are folks really being all "gloom and doom"? Perfect game... No! Damn good win over a damn good football team... Yes! This game could have had two story lines. Dawgs can't get off field on third down or LSU couldn't run the ball. We knew both offenses would be good. Bottom line is, out of two almost identical teams, one got the stop when it mattered most. Now excuse me while I enjoy a hard fought, well earned, top ten like victory!

I pointed out to my oldest son the depth we are building at D right now. Scary how good these kids will be after a full year of SEC football. Heck, let's talk about the depth at D around game 7 or 8 of this season. Depth at WR is there now. Depth at RB is there now. OL getting deeper too! Not calling anyone to the carpet, just my $.02 worth.
