What happened to him was a travesty, but it's over. I'm so happy that young man can now realize his dream.

Don't believe so. I think he has two years with a possibility of applying for a waiver to get another. Maybe 3 total.

georgiadogs.com has him listed as a Junior, so sounds like uga.dawgs post is correct.
