Georgia Soutnern is BS

Really have a hard time with chop blocks. Still remember Kwame Geathers in Nashville getting a little more than upset with the Vanderbilt center and the result was he retaliated and had to sit. I call BS on that. Wish Kwame had taken the guys head off.

Now we come to Georgia Southern, running their collective mouths about being in UGA's head about chop blocks. I would love to see us whip their butts by whatever, and on the way to doing that, maybe "roll up" on a couple of the idiots.

This game might be worth paying attention to. Have heard all of the warnings about "one game at a time", also know that serious football players don't go for the crap that Georgia Southern brings.

Looking forward to Saturday. Turn'em loose again CTG. Techies will get their chance the following week.

Georgia Southern is a dirty crew. We need to run up the score quick and then get the starters out of there. I do not want to risk a key player getting injured in a gimme against a bunch of thugs. They come across as the type who would cause injury on purpose. A rural south Georgia version of Miami.

Don't know how many folks go through the rosters of opponents. Reading many of the other forums, usually we get information on the top two or three players. I like to read the rosters of other teams, have done that for many years.

One of the things that sticks out to me is the number of offensive linemen on the Eagles roster. Size can sometimes be misleading. Some of the lighter offensive linemen can be very good in the type of scheme the Eagles run. Still don't like chop blocks and never will. Link below for those that have not looked at the opposition.

Liked what Mark Richt had to say about playing the Eagles and the Techies back to back. If we stay free of injuries playing the Eagles, could really seal the Techies fate. Just a thought or two.

Think we have 14 offensive linemen, Eagles 20. Hope to see those numbers change in the very near future.

If i didn't know better, you would think this is an open game weekend. I have seen any line on the game (usually in the paper if there's not a line they post "off") and also don't see where it is being televised. WHAT's UP WITH THAT??????.....#5 team in the country play an 8-2 GSU team.....nut no, they show USC against Wofford?? REALLY??.......and UK against a nobody????

Does anybody know how we can watch the game? Pay-per-view?

wlayton, living just south of you and I have an answer, I think. I have gotten the games that are not national on ESPN3. I plug my computer into my man cave television and watch the goings on. ESPN3 is carrying the UGA game tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. Don't have to plug the computer into the television, can watch the game on the computer. Joining ESPN costs nothing. Check it out. They want you to go into their "secret locker" for "insider info", feel we have enough information on this board for that.
